Effective Strength Training Workouts
1. Kettlebell Swings
Swinging kettlebells is known to strengthen the arms, legs, and torso.
You can perform eight sets of 20-second kettlebell strikes with 8-second breaks between each set.
Pushups are another fantastic weight loss workout that strengthens your upper body, arms, and core.
Start with three 10-rep pushup sets. Practice increases sets and reps.
Lunges are an excellent weight loss workout because they're flexible.
Forward, backward, or increase weights to this program. Strength exercise with 8–12 lunges each leg is sufficient.

Start step-ups with lesser steps. For weight loss, do 5 sets of 5–10 reps on each side.
Deadlifts are wonderful for gaining muscle and shedding weight fast.
Lift 50–70% of your bodyweight. 1–3 sets of 10–20 repetitions.
